They helped me with getting a local SIM card and even called taxis for me when needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a hot shower, which was a pleasant surprise considering the location. The hotel was conveniently located near some restaurants and public transportation options, making it easy to explore the nearby botanical gardens and city center. a great experience for the price!

I had a great experience staying at this residential in Bolivia. the price was very affordable and the room had everything I needed, like clean towels and extra lighting. the wireless speed was excellent, which was important for me as I teach English online. the staff was okay and the service was decent. it was a good place to stay for one night while waiting for a tour, especially considering the hot water availability. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

I stayed at Residencial Ikandire Ll for a few days during my trip to Santa Cruz. The staff, especially the day receptionist, was incredibly nice and spoke English. She provided me with helpful information about the local area and even wrote down what I needed from the pharmacy when I fell ill. The hotel is a bit far from the tourist area, but there are plenty of spots to eat within a 10-15 minute walk. The bathrooms were clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I enjoyed having access to a TV with HBO. it was a great value for money.
